Welcome to Dhyana Fashion. By browsing and purchasing from this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.

1. General

Dhyana Fashion is an Indian ethnic wear brand based in Surat, Gujarat, India. We operate both a retail (B2C) e-commerce store and a wholesale/reseller (B2B) supply program.

2. Payments & Order Processing

• Domestic Orders (India): We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking) and Direct Bank Transfer.
• International Orders: Payments are accepted via Direct Bank Wire Transfer. Orders will be processed only after the payment is credited to our bank account.
• Bank Transfer Verification: If you choose the "Bank Transfer" option at checkout, your order will remain in `payment_pending_bank` status. You must transfer the total amount and send the transaction receipt/UTR reference to our WhatsApp at +919574637387. The order will be marked as paid and shipped once the transfer is manually verified (usually within 24-48 hours).

3. Shipping & Custom Duties

• We offer worldwide shipping using express carriers (DHL, FedEx, Delhivery).
• International Customs: For all international orders, customs clearance, import duties, local taxes, and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Dhyana Fashion is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

4. B2B / Wholesale Orders

Wholesale buyers placing bulk orders are subject to a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 5 pieces. Additional B2B terms, including packing details and custom manufacturing timelines, will be communicated directly via WhatsApp. Wholesale sales are final and cannot be cancelled once production has started.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including product photography, logos, designs, and text, is the intellectual property of Dhyana Fashion. Resellers are authorized to use our product images solely for the purpose of promoting and selling Dhyana Fashion garments. Any unauthorized commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
