Refund & Return Policy
Last Updated: June 28, 2026At Dhyana Fashion, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchases. Since we deal in premium delicate garments and offer wholesale pricing, we have established a clear return and refund policy.
1. Damages & Defective Items
We perform multiple quality checks before shipping. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective garment, we will gladly offer a replacement.
⚠️ IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT: To claim a replacement for transit damages or defective items, you MUST record a continuous, unedited "Parcel Opening Video" showing the shipping label clearly, opening the outer bag, and inspecting the garment. Damage claims without an opening video will NOT be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Exchanges
We offer size exchanges for retail orders within 7 days of delivery. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our facility in Surat, Gujarat, and paying the return shipping fees, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect size or design shipped).
3. Wholesale & B2B Orders
All wholesale sales (bulk orders of 5+ pieces) are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on wholesale orders unless the items are proven to be defective upon arrival (backed by a parcel opening video). We do not accept returns for unsold inventory.
4. Refunds
Refunds are only issued if a replacement for a defective item is out of stock. In such cases, the refund will be processed to the original payment method (or bank account) within 5–7 business days.
